At Isanara, we value every customer and want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Because most of our gowns are made-to-order or customized, please review our return and exchange guidelines carefully.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Standard-size gowns (not customized) may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Customized or made-to-measure gowns are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with significant quality issues.

Accessories, sale items, and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and offer a replacement, repair, or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Return Process

Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) if eligible.

Please ship the item back in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the exchange or refund within 5–10 business days.
Important Notes

We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or DHL with tracking when returning an item. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Any unauthorized returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
